About Our Money-Back Guarantee And Policy


You can easily return the product to us within 7 days of receiving it if you discover any issues, damages, or defects. After the return item(s) are processed successfully, we will either replace them or issue a full refund. The following items are not eligible for returns on

1)  any animal after seven days of arrival.

2) strange pet circumstance. food items that are utilized or open.

3)Cosmetics, medications, skincare products, bath products, and deodorant cannot be returned unless there is an evident manufacturing problem.

Refunds for return shipping costs—the amount the customer paid to send the product back to us—will not exceed $100 or 10% of the product’s price, whichever is less. the reimbursement for delivery costs.


1) To begin the return procedure for any products that were received improperly, damaged during transit, or have defects, please email or use our live chat feature. Within 15 business days, we will send a replacement and cover the cost of return postage. If there is no more stock of the returned item, we have the right to reimburse you.

2) If merchandise is returned after a discount, a coupon equal to the purchase price will be issued.

3) We will reimburse money in the same manner as the original payment for goods purchased on MRP. We will issue a refund using the same method you used for payment, whether it was through a bank transfer, cash app, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Chime, Bitcoin, or check.
